Right of cancelation

You can cancel your contract within 30 days without giving reasons in textual form (eg letter, fax, e-mail.) or - if the goods arrive before the deadline - also by sending back the item. The period begins upon receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 passage 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations according to § 312g passage 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In order to maintain the revocation period it is sufficient to send the revocation or thing.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the case of an effective cancelation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (eg. interest) surrendered.
If you can not return the received deliverables or benefits at all, only in part or in deteriorated condition, you have to pay us compensation.
For the deterioration and for derived benefits, you only have to pay compensation if it 
was due to the use of the thing beyond the consideration of the characteristics and functioning. By "testing the properties and functioning" means the testing and trying out the goods as it is possible and customary in a shop. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods corresponds to the ordered and the price of the products does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros or, if the price was higher, if you did not provided any consideration or contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Things that are not consignable by parcel post will be picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with sending your cancelation explanation or the thing, for us with their receipt.
